Auto Body Technician Description of the Role The Auto Body Technician at Zimmer Collision Centers is responsible for repairing and refurbishing damaged vehicles to their original condition. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of automotive repair techniques. Responsibilities

• Performing bodywork repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, paint touch-ups, and part replacements
• Using various tools and equipment to complete repairs, such as sanders, welders, and painting materials
• Assessing the extent of damage and creating a repair plan accordingly
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality repairs
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards
• Proficient with using various tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
