Operate various welding, soldering and brazing equipment to manufacture heat exchangers, water separators and environmental control system components while practicing and complying with environmental health and safety directions and procedures.
What You Will Do \n - Work from various instructions such as specifications, sketches, technical orders, blueprints and other written and verbal instructions within established methods and procedures.
\n - Perform fusion welding, salt braze torch braze, plasma cutting, electric-arc, heli-arc, and acetylene welding processes.
\n - Ensure that all documentation including specifications, blueprints and applicable tools, gages and fixtures are quality compliant and traceable.
\n - Perform preventative maintenance.
\n - Participate in audits of processes, procedures and work areas.
\n - Responsible for own work.
\n - Move parts and materials to designate locations in accordance with normal material flow procedures.
\n - Keep equipment and surroundings neat, clean and organized.
\n - Perform related duties as required within the scope and skill level of this job function.
\n - 2nd Shift 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday
\n - Training may take place on 1st shift for 3 months

Qualifications You Must Have \n - 1-2 years relevant experience.
\n - High school diploma or GED
\n

Qualifications We Prefer \n - Production welding Experience
\n - Experience with TIG and Aluminum welding
\n - Experience in the aerospace industry
\n - 5-7 years of relevant experience
\n

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role $35.40 - $44.47 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
