Assistant Women's Fitness & Nutrition Coach (Remote)

Fitness 4 Lazy Girls (@fitness4lazygirls on Instagram and TikTok) is a fast-growing online women’s fitness and nutrition coaching community that focuses on sustainable, balanced results. We strive to help women build healthy habits and see progress without restriction or burnout. Our brand has reached hundreds of women and continues to expand through high-touch coaching, accountability, and encouragement.
We’re looking for a motivated, certified assistant coach to join our team and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who’s passionate about helping others, thrives on positivity and problem-solving, and has experience supporting clients in both fitness and nutrition.
Responsibilities
Manage client check-ins weekly via coaching app through chat or voice message (review client logs, assess progress, and provide feedback).
Deliver supportive, encouraging, and personalized responses that align with our brand tone and values.
Review client data and offer simple, actionable guidance to help them stay on track with workouts and nutrition goals.
Collaborate with head coach to ensure consistency and client retention.
Maintain organized records and communicate client progress or issues as needed.
Requirements
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
Certified Nutrition Coach or Nutritionist (or equivalent
Prior experience working with clients.
Excellent written communication skills and a naturally positive, encouraging tone.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients at once.
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with online coaching or app-based client communication.
Familiarity with habit-tracking tools, macros, or structured nutrition programs.
Passion for women’s wellness and long-term sustainable results.
Compensation
$18–$25 per hour, depending on experience and client needs.
Flexible, remote work schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week, with potential to grow.
Ideally available 2–3 hours per day on weekdays and about 1 hour per day on weekends to support client check-ins and messages.
