Revolution Beauty is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join our US team. We are searching for someone with visual merchandising experience within a beauty retailer to execute the global visual merchandising and in-store marketing guidelines at a local level specifically for Ulta, Walmart and Shoppers.
The ideal person will bring strong interaction skills, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Global teams internally, whilst also project managing and developing relationships with our external Suppliers and Retailers to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded. You will support the SVP of Sales on planning, analysis, budgeting, range review, production, and implementation of all in-store activities, including POS materials and promotions.

What you'll do: Develop and manage local market execution, including sign off of fixtures against global go-to-market strategy and managing the content and visual assets to ensure global consistency
- Act as a brand ambassador to establish fruitful relationships with distributors, building trust on Revolution's TM department to provide toolkits and guidance for multiple markets
- Allocate the Visual Merchandising budget in accordance with business opportunities.
- Produce and manage the Capex model regionally aligning with the Sales Team
- Manage the cost to sales ratio and determine project viability before sanctioning, seeking sign off at appropriate level on P&L.
- Deliver a consistent branded approach across retailers and distributors
- Own and maintain the core assortment by brand, as well as comparing the core range against global competitor brands
- Analyse performance and productivity of space, effectiveness of promotion and local market insight to land global plans in local markets.
- Manage planogramming and fixture updates to incorporate new products, whilst evaluating potential cost efficiencies and managing the critical path end to end.
- Co-ordinate external field-based in-store merchandising teams to support and land activities
- Undertake a competitor benchmarking exercise to maintain a leading position in the market
- Deliver best-in-class and off shelf POS execution (in alignment with the Global Director of VM)
- Manage internal stakeholder output from Commercial Planning, NPD and Brand Marketing
- Amplify the brand proposition at retailer-led initiatives, producing and delivering training materials for retailers to use
- Support the opening of new retail stores, designing and delivering "pop-up" and experiential activations
- Key liaison with manufacturing partner managing day to day relationship, monitoring production schedules, accelerating planogram and CAD sign off, setting quality assurance standards
