HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Practice Highlights:- Well established, growing practice- Supportive Community with loyalty to HSHS- Clinic is within the hospital, providing access to all imaging, scans, etc. needed.- Ample training time provided with Neurology physiciansPosition Requirements:- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start- Board Certified- 2+ years of provider work experience is strongly preferred Experience in neurology is preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.Position Details:- Monday - Friday weekly schedule- No holidays or weekends- No required call- EPIC EMRCompensation & Benefits Package:- Base guarantee- Paid time off with holidays accrued bi-weekly- CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year- Opportunities to earn productivity and patient outcome/patient satisfaction bonuses- Sign on bonus and relocation assistance both availableCore Function: Provider
Education Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.

• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

• Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
• Federal DEA license is preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
