\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Patient ratios of 1:4-5 with 35-bed unit capacity
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Every third holiday requirement
\n• No call or standby requirements
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
\n• Must pass open book exam on Friday during orientation with 90% score to continue
\n• Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments
\n• Driver's license required at submittal
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, diabetes, and continuous EEG monitoring conditions
\n• Required to titrate drips including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications
\n• Floating requirements to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units
\n• Fast-paced environment requiring positive attitude, communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
\n• First week onboarding followed by 1-2 days floor orientation
\n• EPIC charting system
\n• Must be located more than 50 miles from facility
\n• Cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with CommonSpirit facilities
