Top Notch Dezigns is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join their team. Are you a talented UI/UX Designer who wishes to join an award-winning agency? Once onboard, you will work on creating strategies as well as planning and designing for the end-to-end website design solutions we provide. Ideally, you should be a top-notch user interface (UI) designer who understands the role user behavior plays in shaping front-end experiences. You should be someone who designs interfaces that could win laurels, but that should not be your driving force. Instead, you should be meticulous in your design and must focus on what is best for the end-users who interact with the websites/apps you design. Company HQ: New York, NY Base: $65,000-$75,000 Responsibilities: Consistently deliver great user experiences by using innovative yet simple design elements Present ideas and designs to all stakeholders in easy-to-understand visual formats Pay close attention to detail when designing material so it is easy to comprehend and implement by the development team Ensure the development team implements the design as planned and that there is no compromise on user experience Work on improving UI/UX experience by regularly incorporating feedback Requirements: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in visual design or a closely related field Three or more years of experience in creating web/app interfaces High proficiency levels in Sketch or Adobe Photoshop Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, and InVision Adept at carrying out user research and testing Ability to create component/style guides Bonus Points: Skilled at using WordPress or a comparable CMS Basic HTML/CSS skills Experience working or interning for an agency Experience as a freelance web designer Knowledge about motion design What We Need From You: High levels of creativity Passion for web design and app design The ability to solve problems Effective setting and maintaining of schedules Eagerness to learn and surmount new challenges We are an award-winning digital agency that is passionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering excellent results. #J-18808-Ljbffr Top Notch Dezigns
