Job Title: Test Proctor

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Test Proctor to oversee the administration of exams at our testing center located in Houston, Texas. The Test Proctor will be responsible for ensuring a secure testing environment, adhering to testing protocols, and providing excellent customer service to examinees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check-in examinees and verify their identification prior to the start of the exam.
• Set up testing stations and distribute exam materials in accordance with testing procedures.
• Enforce testing rules and regulations to maintain exam integrity and security.
• Monitor examinees during the exam to prevent cheating or unauthorized behavior.
• Respond promptly to any issues or concerns raised by examinees during the testing session.
• Collect and securely store completed exam materials at the conclusion of the test.
• Maintain accurate records of exam sessions, including attendance and any incidents that occur.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and responding to inquiries from test-takers.
• Ensure that testing equipment and facilities are clean and in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with computer-based testing software is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
