Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, Mergers and Acquisition, joint ventures, and joint venture accounting. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on tax-related matters to clients
Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues and develop solutions
Draft and review legal documents related to tax matters, including contracts, agreements, and filings
Participate in Mergers and Acquisition transactions, providing tax advice and due diligence support
Advise clients on joint venture agreements and joint venture accounting issues
Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with government agencies
Stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
3+ years of experience as a tax attorney, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisition, Joint Ventures, and Accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work to clients
