Junior Financial Analyst and Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Reporting and Visualization-Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to present financial data in a clear and actionable format.
• Accounting Support- Perform accounting tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation to ensure accurate financial records.
• Data Management-Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office tools to organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets, creating detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Statistical Analysis- Apply statistical techniques to financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration- Work closely with finance and business teams to gather requirements, understand financial processes, and provide analytical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
