Service Technician

Sweetwater Pools of Nashville is seeking a dedicated and personable Service Technician to serve as the face of our company. This full-time position plays a vital role in delivering top-tier pool maintenance and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a Service Technician, you'll travel to residential and community properties in a company vehicle, ensuring pools are clean, safe, and operating at peak performance. Your professionalism and attention to detail will leave a lasting impression and help foster long-term relationships with homeowners and board members.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on pool pumps and filters
• Skim, vacuum, and brush pool surfaces
• Monitor and adjust chemical levels to ensure water safety
• Maintain salt systems and chlorine generators
• Conduct minor repairs as needed
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients on-site

???? Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and jumping
• Capable of driving for extended periods
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

✅ Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Functional cell phone (camera and photo-sharing capabilities preferred)
• Clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
