Position Overview:
Love Wellness is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and execute our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role offers the unique opportunity to define and execute our social media strategy across channels with impactful campaigns while driving engagement, awareness and impressions. We are seeking a seasoned creative-thinker and content creator who is passionate for social entertainment and storytelling, community engagement, and insights-driven decision-making. You will develop and implement content strategies that elevate Love Wellness and build a seamless narrative between the brand’s channels and our Founder’s platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Own and develop the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, inclusive of content creation, calendaring, creative
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and on-brand content is posted
• Assist with owning and developing the content strategy for founder’s social media accounts, ultimately supporting with the calendar, creative concepts, content creation, and workflow
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to optimize performance

Content Ideation, Creation & Posting

• Brainstorm, script, film, and edit engaging video content, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
• Ideate static posts, carousels, and other visual assets in collaboration with the creative team
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and aesthetic
• Write compelling captions, optimize hashtags, and implement effective posting strategies

Community Engagement & Growth

• Actively engage with the Love Wellness community, responding to comments, DMs, and UGC
• Monitor conversations and trends in the wellness space to inform content and engagement strategies

TikTok Shop Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Love Wellness and the external TikTok Shop agency
• Collaborate with the agency to align on content strategy, promotions, and product positioning
• Provide creative assets and brand messaging to ensure TikTok Shop content remains on-brand
• Monitor TikTok Shop analytics in partnership with the agency, offering insights to refine strategies

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze key metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to Leadership on channel performance
• Use data to inform future content decisions and test new creative approaches

• A social-first creative with a deep understanding of digital trends, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• A strong storyteller who can craft engaging narratives across both brand and Founder channels
• A content creator at heart—comfortable brainstorming, scripting, shooting, and editing social media content
• A data-driven strategist who can analyze performance and iterate for growth
• A community builder who thrives on authentic engagement and conversation

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing for a high-growth brand
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts (brand or personal)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Dash Hudson, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.)
• Experience working with founders, influencers, or personal brands is a plus
• Experience leading TikTok Shop strategy is a plus
