Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 15 to 19 years of expertise to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PSFT North America payroll processing with experience in Conversion/Transformation of payroll data from external systems like Lawson into PEopleSoft. Should have strong hold on PSFT payroll tables and structure, able to reconcile payroll data before and after processing. Strong communication skills.

Technical Skills: PS Query,Application Designer, DMS, Psft- Integration Broker, Psft- Data Mover

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret NA payroll data conversion, ablity to reconcile payroll data between external systems and PeopleSOFt NA tables, interpret mis match and explain to client. Provide solutions to address mismatches, support Payroll configuration and end to end payroll processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements. - Utilize PS Query to extract and manipulate data, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Design and develop application solutions using Application Designer, ensuring they meet business needs and technical specifications. - Implement and manage document management systems (DMS) to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate seamless integration of systems using Psft-Integration Broker, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Execute data migrations and transformations using Psft-Data Mover, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and function as intended.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users, enhancing their understanding and effective use of new systems.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Qualifications :

• Possess extensive experience in PS Query, enabling efficient data extraction and analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Application Designer for developing robust application solutions.
• Have a strong understanding of document management systems (DMS) to enhance business workflows.
• Exhibit expertise in Psft-Integration Broker for seamless system integration.
• Show capability in using Psft-Data Mover for effective data management and migration.

Certifications Required : Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PeopleSoft Certified Developer
