Job Description

Our Sewing and Fabrication Specialists are responsible for producing boat lift canopies and other sewn products. Includes automated cutting, fabric welding and sewing construction of canopies in an efficient and timely manner. Works and communicates within a team to meet shop production goals.

• Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
• Sewing boat lift canopies and other projects as assigned
• Fabric welding, cutting and sewing assembly
• Maintain quality of product
• Assist in teaching new employees, providing sewing direction within the team
• Maintain sewing machines and production equipment
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Other duties as assigned
