Join to apply for the Server/Sommelier role at Quince & Co About The Company Located in the heart of San Francisco’s historic Jackson Square neighborhood, Verjus is the newest destination from Michael and Lindsay Tusk. Inspired by the bistros and caves à manger of Paris, Verjus introduces a new style of dining to San Francisco’s gastronomic landscape. This will be an accessible, informal, at times raucous drinking and dining experience. The wine program focuses on independent vignerons who farm their land organically and produce wines that emphasize a sense of place. As with Quince and Cotogna, the cuisine at Verjus highlights Chef Tusk’s twenty-year partnership with Peter Martinelli of Bolinas’ Fresh Run Farm. Housed in the historic Eclipse Champagne Building dating back to the 1850s, the Verjus property has a storied past fitting for a cave à manger. The space will feature vintage, antique, and contemporary elements, united by authenticity and craftsmanship. About the Position Verjus is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the front of house team as a server. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, great knowledge of natural wines and producers, an eye for detail, and an instinct for warm and inviting service. The server must be willing to do everything from greeting guests to cleaning tables and stations. Passion for food, wine, and hospitality is essential.
