ScaleFlux develops advanced System-on-a-Chip (SoC) devices and software for data center infrastructure. These components enhance the bandwidth, capacity, security, capability, and efficiency of storage and memory subsystems. We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our expanding team. You will work with engineering, product management and marketing to produce content that helps our customers successfully deploy our products.

In this position, you will:

• Create complex product documentation, including technical specifications, datasheets, and whitepapers
• Gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources within the organization
• Collaborate with marketing to align content with our messaging and branding
• Develop document automation tools to improve efficiency

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required

• 5+ years working in a memory, storage, or embedded systems related field
• Ability and desire to learn new tools and technologies
• Results-driven self-starter, able to work independently to achieve success
• Strong time-management skills, in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science degree in a science or engineering related field
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, or similar language
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
