Salary: Up to $100,000 base compensation​ + bonus potential

Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure, Network, and Application Engineer/Administrator to join their team.

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our client's core IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and peak performance of all our client's IT services.​

You'll be a key player in their project implementations, providing advanced technical support and leadership, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align our client's IT initiatives with business objectives. What You'll Do:

• Design and Implement: Architect and deploy highly scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions, encompassing servers, networks, and applications.
• Monitor and Optimize: Proactively monitor system performance, reliability, and security, addressing issues swiftly to maintain optimal service.
• Collaborate and Troubleshoot: Work closely with IT colleagues to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in a timely manner.
• Application Management: Oversee the deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications and services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Policy and Standards: Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and best practices are followed.
• Data Protection: Manage robust backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard company data and ensure business continuity.
• Innovation: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies, tools, and services to continuously enhance infrastructure capabilities.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Stay Current: Remain up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our client's IT offerings remain competitive and forward-thinking.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network management, or application administration.​ Specifically: Azure & Fortinet
• Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Network+.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong expertise in network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
• Proficiency in server operating systems (Windows/Linux) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Skills:
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proven experience with application deployment, configuration, and support.
