Job Title: Senior Developer Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6 months+ About the Role: We are seeking a talented Senior Developer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Create a comprehensive test plan detailing the testing approach, scope, resources, schedule, and deliverables, focusing on integration points with other systems. Test Case Development: Develop detailed test cases and scripts based on functional specifications and business requirements, covering all scenarios including data flows between Dynamics 365 F&O and other applications. Execution of Tests: Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring data integrity and documenting results while identifying defects. Data Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze data sets for accuracy within the system; troubleshoot data-related issues and work with technical teams to resolve integration problems. Defect Management and Reporting: Log, track, and manage defects; collaborate with developers and business analysts for timely resolution and provide updates on testing progress and defect status. Qualifications: Strong F&O Knowledge: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, its modules, functionalities, and architecture; familiarity with testing tools and SQL for data validation. Experience in Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in Agile environments; adaptable to changing priorities and familiar with practices such as Scrum or Kanban. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities to assess complex scenarios, identify issues, and devise effective solutions under pressure. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams; ability to articulate issues and work together to resolve them.
