This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

Required Qualifications

· We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA and a strong understanding of Life Claim Management and Life and Annuities Insurance. This role will involve designing and implementing functional solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

· Provide expert advice on PEGA capabilities and limitations, helping to shape the overall IT strategy.

· Stay updated with the latest PEGA developments and incorporate new features into existing solutions.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of functional solutions.

· Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience. –

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PEGA solutions with other systems.

· Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions using PEGA to meet business requirements.

· Oversee the development and deployment of PEGA applications, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.

· Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

· Ensure that all solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards.

· Conduct regular reviews of system architecture and design to identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all functional solutions and processes.

· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders on PEGA functionalities.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $185,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
