Novigo is hiring for experience Scrum Master to work for a Banking client in Hillsboro. This is a 100% onsite role. Candidates local to Hillsboro will be preferred.
Experience:
•Minimum 7 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Initiative Manager leading multiple Agile teams.
•Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional technical SDLC management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit the Initiative and business environment.
•Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and change management principles
•Experience overseeing multi-function Initiative teams with at least 10-15 team members in 2-3 Initiative teams each, including Engineering and Business System Analysts
•Broad technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex Initiative risks and issues accurately and objectively.
•Ability to successfully interact with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
•Effective leadership skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building with internal and external stakeholders.
•Hands on expertise with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Initiative, and Visio
