Position Overview for the Scrum Master: Guide & Mentor the team on Agile/Scrum practices Provide communication and status updates to key stakeholders Backlog grooming - Sprint establishment Ensure standard documentation is properly tracked Provide direction and delegation to the Scrum team Fill in the gaps left in the Scrum approach by utilizing Burndown techniques and retrospective formats Identify and remove road blocks Required Skills and Experience for the Scrum Master: 5+ years working as a Scrum Master Well-rounded knowledge of Agile principles and KanBan Experience working in application development.
