Our work depends on a SCRUM Master joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.
This is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM-O's mission to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements. AGUN is to design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations. The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.
To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.
SCRUM Master: Manages Agile process. Educates/coaches scrum team members on SAFe best practices. Gathers requirements, develops storyboards, and creates mockups and models. Collaborates with service teams, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver optimal applications and systems. Helps resolve impediments to the team's progress. Assists teams to constantly improve their deliverables and team dynamics. Promotes cooperation across scrum teams. Coordinates with other scrum masters at the scrum-of-scrums meetings. Leads sprint reviews, demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives. Creates sprint summary reports and development sprint plans.
#ARMYAGUN Required Skills: - Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 5+ years of experience
- Certified Scrum Master. Agile
- Appropriately certified for their designated role in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239-7001, AR 25-2, or any successor policies or regulations; Possesses a DoD 8570.01 approved baseline certification or higher.
Required Clearance Level: Site Location: Travel: - It is anticipated that some personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. Long-distance travel is anticipated to be required in support of this effort.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $177,632. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
