Job Description We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our growth by driving new client acquisition and overseeing marketing initiatives that showcase our expertise.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the CEO and Account Director to assist in the agency's sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities: - Proactive Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through research, email outreach, and CRM campaigns.
- CRM Management: Develop and maintain workflows in HubSpot to ensure efficient lead management and tracking.
- Proposal Creation & RFP Management: Draft and send proposals, respond to RFPs, and assist with client pitches.
- Sales Support: Join sales calls to discuss the agency's offerings and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content on the agency's social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Marketing Initiatives: Assist in managing the agency's newsletter, email campaigns, landing pages, podcast, and video content to promote thought leadership.
- Paid Social Media Assistance: Work with our paid media expert to develop and execute paid campaigns promoting the agency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of sales and marketing efforts, suggesting areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to develop new marketing packages and promotional materials.
- Video Editing: While not required, video editing skills or familiarity are a plus for creating engaging multimedia content.
Requirements Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (internships or part-time roles are acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling sales materials.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and project management software (we currently use Monday.com).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and content planning.
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in or familiarity with the hospitality industry.
- Basic understanding of content marketing strategies, including video and email marketing.
- Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Graphic design or content creation skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong familiarity and experience with HubSpot; certification in HubSpot Marketing is a major plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of email marketing strategies.
