Road & Highway Foreman
Interstate Civil Construction is a fast-growing heavy civil highway construction company looking for a full-time Road & Highway Foreman to join our team. We specialize in Caltrans non-union, prevailing wage projects. This position will be fast paced with opportunities for growth both personally and professionally.
Experience
Experience with Caltrans freeway projects specifically with concrete panels, highway paving, structural concrete, concrete piles, barrier walls, drainage and other related construction tasks.
Applicant must be proficient and can properly interpret Caltrans standard plans and Caltrans standard specifications to meet project requirements.
Effectively manage and run crew to meet predetermined schedules. Keep project on track, within budget and with an eye on safety.
Must be able to travel and work at different job locations throughout Southern California. Company truck will be provided.
Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule (night or day) to accommodate project schedules.
