Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen, LLC. is an asbestos plaintiffs’ law firm serving mesothelioma and lung cancer victims. ELSM is seeking a client service/patient advocate to assist in new client acquisition and existing client services. This unique position combines sales responsibilities, focusing on client acquisition and onboarding in a competitive environment, with peripheral legal and medical knowledge and understanding to help potential clients navigate their medical and legal options. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, compassion, a very flexible work schedule, a background in medical care (and ability to learn key legal nuances), and a passion for client and patient service. Location: CT (ability to work from home) Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Engage potential clients through various outreach methods Potentially conduct presentations and meetings to explain services and benefits Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to law firm Build and maintain strong relationships with client Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm Provide medical guidance to existing clients Time sensitive work (flexibility required – compensated appropriately) Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical environment is preferred (oncology is a strong plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and use is a must (email, text, phone, letter writing).
