Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in research and data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. As a Research Analyst at Augmentjobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business decisions through rigorous data analysis and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including primary and secondary data.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and datasets for ongoing research projects.
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research support and insights for strategic planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to inform research initiatives.
- Assist in designing and implementing surveys, experiments, and other research methodologies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collection and analysis processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Economics, Statistics, Business, or Social Sciences. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in research analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the talent solutions or recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
