Company Overview:

We are seeking a talented React.js Developer to join our client's team in Westlake Village. This is a permanent, onsite position where you'll collaborate with a diverse team of developers and engineers to create innovative solutions in a dynamic work environment.

• Position: React.js Developer
• Location: Westlake Village, CA (Onsite)
• Employment type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Implement new features and maintain existing codebase using React.js and other tools within the React ecosystem (Node.js, Yarn).
• Design software solutions that align with project requirements and contribute to the overall architecture.
• Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing React systems, including bug fixing and performance improvements.
• Update and manage package dependencies, resolving any conflicts that arise.
• Collaborate with offshore developers to design and implement front-end and back-end architectures, including APIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proficiency in React.js and experience with the NEXT.js framework using TypeScript.
• Ability to optimize web applications and analyze metrics (Core Web Vitals, RUM).
• Experience implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance user experience and improve conversions.
• Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, version control software, and remote deployment tools.

Preferred Skills (Good to have):

• Experience using web sockets for real-time applications.
• Knowledge of Accessibility frameworks and WCAG standards.
• Exposure to React Native for mobile application development.
