We’re looking for a detail‐driven, proactive Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance programs, strengthen our processes, and ensure our products/services consistently meet internal standards and customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys building systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead internal and external audits; ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Monitor quality performance metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Train and mentor staff on quality procedures and best practices
• Manage documentation, SOPs, and process controls
• Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications
• Lead root‐cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management
• Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (ISO, GMP, etc.)
• Experience with root‐cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‐solving skills
• Certifications such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma are a plus
