Job Title and Location: Project Manager/Estimator -Anaheim Hybrid
Department: Estimating

Employment Type: Full Time

Minimum Experience: 3 years in commercial estimating and project managing experience
Required: Valid CA Diver license, clean DMV report, and acceptable background check.

Compensation: $70K - 85K

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00

About Project Manager/Estimator Position
The Project Manager/Estimator will perform bid services by developing and preparing cost estimates for the customers within an assigned territory. They will arrange project site visits, assessments, as well as bid documents, and review from inception to completion. They will also accept and evaluate client’s request for proposals generated by the Sales and Service Departments, and they must provide a detailed and accurate proposal for the requested scope of work provided by the customer.

Some Project Manager/ Estimator Responsibilities:

• Perform bid services and develop and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Visit the requested repair site to evaluate the labor, materials and subcontract services needed to achieve the requested repairs or improvements.
• Formulates written quotes for proposed work and to client in a concise, understandable format.
• Building strong client relationships to enhance customer experience and increase bid approvals.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure AAA is receiving the best pricing possible.
• Daily collaboration with scheduling to verify jobs approvals are being scheduling correctly,
