Required:

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years work experience in project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
• Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.
• Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people, maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
• Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
• History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management of Atellica CI implementations for non-automation sites.
• Support portfolio conversion projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. (Projects will be managed from pre-sale through customer go-live process ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved).
• Lead all customer activities on IDN/consolidator & multi-site implementation in assigned projects.
• Coordinate conference calls and/or face-to-face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.
• Drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies, including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
• Provide formal presentations in front of large groups of personnel or customers.
• Influence without authority, in a matrix environment.
