One of our New Jersey clients is looking to bring on a Project Coordinator to their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity.
Communication Skills Stakeholder Management: - Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and external partners.
- Ability to understand and address stakeholder needs and concerns effectively.
Collaboration: - strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort in facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive consensus and alignment with technical and non-technical participants.
Presentation Skills: - Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and reports (clear and actionable).
- strong writing skills for creation of technical and user focused documentation.
Soft Skills - Critical Thinking:
- Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions to identify the best solutions.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate complex scenarios and make informed decisions.

responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering/Authoring User Stories:
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate work breakdown sessions to capture requirements.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning).
- Ability to prioritize the product backlog based on priorities.
- Project Management:
- Knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban; comfort with non-textbook implementation
- Experience in a non-programming technical environment (e.g., Active Directory, Azure/EntraID) would be great
- Basic project management skills to coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience in tracking progress and ensuring project milestones are met.
