job summary:
One of our New Jersey clients is looking to bring on a Project Coordinator to their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Communication Skills

Stakeholder Management:

  • Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and external partners.

  • Ability to understand and address stakeholder needs and concerns effectively.
Collaboration:

  • strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfort in facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive consensus and alignment with technical and non-technical participants.
Presentation Skills:

  • Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and reports (clear and actionable).

  • strong writing skills for creation of technical and user focused documentation.
Soft Skills

  • Critical Thinking:

    • Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions to identify the best solutions.

    • Analytical mindset to evaluate complex scenarios and make informed decisions.

responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering/Authoring User Stories:

    • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

    • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

    • Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate work breakdown sessions to capture requirements.

    • Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning).

    • Ability to prioritize the product backlog based on priorities.

  • Project Management:

    • Knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban; comfort with non-textbook implementation

      • Experience in a non-programming technical environment (e.g., Active Directory, Azure/EntraID) would be great

    • Basic project management skills to coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

    • Experience in tracking progress and ensuring project milestones are met.
    • strong experience/proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Smartsheet (nice to have)
