Job Responsibilities


As a Mortgage Recording Manager you will be involved in all aspects of recording mortgages and correcting rejections in multiple states. You specific duties will include:


1. Manage a team to review signed mortgage loan docs from the notaries for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to the county for recording..


2. Pull recordable from the file and scan and upload documents in the production software


3. Manage in-house and outsource team members that quality control loan packages prior to being sent to recording.


4. Upload files to third party e-recording platforms for recording of mortgages at the county level.


5. Confirm when recording are completed or correct any outstanding rejection issues.


6. Train staff to understand how to e-record mortgages and handle rejections. This includes understanding how to review, resolve issues and help with necessary affidavits that may from time to time be necessary.


7. Work with outsourced vendors to help train and submit files for recordings. have daily calls to provide direction for the files pending recording and answer ant questions or manage the outsource process.
