Job Opportunity: Part-Time Newborn Photographer Sales Associate

Are you confident, customer-oriented, and passionate about photography? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Newborn Photographer Sales Associate. In this role, you’ll promote and sell newborn photography packages to families in a hospital setting, providing a meaningful experience for new parents.

• A strong communicator with sales and interpersonal skills.

Previous sales experience and a love for photography are a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule same-day mini-photo sessions (15 minutes each).
• Pose and handle newborns and edit photos on-site.
• Present photography packages, handle orders, and close sales.

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Creativity and a passion for photography.
• Family photography experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.

Equipment Required:

• DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras).
• Portrait lens with a fixed aperture preferred (F1.8 or F2.8).
• Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory.
• Adobe Lightroom Classic.
• Speedlite (external flash).

Schedule:

• Start time: 9 AM.
• Part-time: 2-3 days a week (including one weekend day).

Compensation Package:

• Hourly plus Commission, Tips, and Bonuses: guaranteed $15 per hour, plus 20% of all sales, 100% of all tips, and opportunities for bonuses
• Sales Bonuses: Additional incentives based on performance
• Tips: You keep 100% of your tips
