The ideal candidate will possess experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 Federal Payroll/HR/Benefits./ppEssential Job Duties:/pulliAnalyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing./liliResearch questions involving functionality of PeopleSoft./liliTranslates customer requirements into a best fit within the PeopleSoft application and develops processes and documentation that support the Software Development Lifecycle./liliProvide Production Support and work with business and technical teams to identify and resolve defects while following a structured issue resolution methodology./liliServe as analyst and application developer to provide solutions using either delivered functionalities, modified delivered functionalities, and/or develop bolt-on customizations./liliFormulates management reports, summarizes findings and creates customer communications./li/ulpQualifications:/ppMinimum Requirements:/pulliBS/BA in Computer Science or related field. Experience may substitute for Degree./liliSeven years of experience with PeopleSoft Release 9.x Payroll/HR/Benefits./liliRequires knowledge of PeopleTools including SQR, App Designer, BI Publisher, PeopleCode and Application Engine./liliExperience with Federal Payroll desired./liliStrong communication skills in both written and verbal forms./liliMust be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment./liliSecret clearance./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliPowershell scripting experience./liliDBA experience./liliPeopleSoft Change Assistant and Update Manager experience./li/ulpAdditional Information:/ppWork Environment:/pulliOn-site at a government facility in Charleston, SC/liliWorking conditions are normal for an office environment./liliFast paced, deadline-oriented environment./li/ulpWorking at SOSi:/ppAll interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason./p/div
