Inside Sales Representative
Better-Off Apparel, Inc.

Better-Off Apparel, Inc. is seeking a driven and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. This in-house role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working on the phone, and closing sales.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving customer growth and revenue by managing and growing an assigned territory. You’ll work directly with buyers from women’s bridal, special occasion, and boutique retailers, helping them select styles that fit their business and price points. A strong understanding of fashion, garment terminology, and trends is essential.

This position requires frequent phone communication, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly. All orders are processed by the sales rep, with a focus on same-day shipping and high-volume sales.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers through outbound calls
• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
• Meet or exceed sales goals and deadlines
• Assist customers with product selection and order placement
• Resolve customer questions and concerns
• Schedule follow-ups to share new styles and updates
• Create and present sales materials to customers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Experience with outbound sales calls
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong phone presence and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Employment Incentives

• 30-hour work week (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
