We are seeking a motivated individual to join our corporate human resources team as the Organizational Development Manager . The ideal candidate for this role must be results driven and have excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities The Organizational Development Manage r will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and have responsibilities for the following:

  • Talent Acquisition, Management and Development Processes
  • Internal Communication
  • Immigration management
  • Relocation management
  • Internship and Co-op programs
  • External vendor management
  • Other responsibilities within HR department as required, including employee relations, training, development of written communications, audits, policy and procedure development and implementation, and general human resources administrative duties
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in recruiting and training and development is experience preferred
  • Understanding of major HR processes and procedures such as interviewing, training, job documentation, employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, staffing, employee development, safety and health, and legal and corporate compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external stake holders
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Successfully work in a fast paced environment and able to deal with ambiguity and change
