Position Summary:
Responsible for accurately and safely producing orders received through Will Call. Stocks the showroom and assists with cleanup at the end of the day. The Order Fulfillment Associate provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers and demonstrates strict confidentiality with all team members while serving as an ambassador of our culture.
Essential Functions:
• Picks, packs, and tags Will Call orders.
• Loads product onto customer vehicles.
• May operate an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift to locate supplies and equipment; may operate a shrink wrap machine.
• Assist in End-of-Day duties, including but not limited to, Will Call clean up, loading dock
maintenance, and stocking the showroom.
• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and contributes to continuous quality improvement objectives.
• Adheres to all Company safety rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Basic comprehension of pipe/tube fabrication up to 4” in diameter.
• Experience using a Warehouse Software system (TWL or CSD preferred).
• Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Requires the ability to effectively build rapport with both internal and external customers.
• Requires a positive attitude and ability to function both independently and in a team setting.
• Must possess strong mathematical aptitude.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to communicate in English regarding the essential functions of the position.
Required Experience and Education:
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of prior warehouse experience.
• Previous forklift experience.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50 lbs.
• Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity.
• Requires the ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and elements, noise, and fumes.
