Company Description

Neckwise is a modern healthcare organization built around precision, clarity, and results. We provide focused upper cervical chiropractic care using advanced 3D CBCT imaging and exact correction protocols to help people struggling with chronic neurological and musculoskeletal challenges find real answers after years of frustration.

Founded by experienced chiropractors with a vision to elevate the standard of care, Neckwise operates a growing network of clinics across Florida and Utah, with continued expansion planned nationwide. Every Neckwise location follows the same clinical systems, operational standards, and patient experience—ensuring consistency, excellence, and measurable outcomes.

At Neckwise, we believe healthcare should be intentional, data-driven, and human-centered. We prioritize precision over volume, stability over frequency, and long-term results over temporary relief. Our care model is cash-based, premium, and education-focused, allowing our teams to spend meaningful time with patients and deliver care with integrity.

Our Culture

Neckwise is built by professionals who value:

Excellence in execution

Accountability and personal ownership

Clear communication and systems

Continuous growth and learning

Serving patients with confidence and compassion

We are a fast-growing organization, but we move with discipline—not chaos. Team members are expected to be dependable, proactive, and aligned with high standards. In return, we provide structure, leadership, and opportunities for long-term career growth within a scaling healthcare brand.

Why Work at Neckwise

A mission-driven organization with a clear long-term vision

Structured systems and training—no guesswork or disorganization

A professional, respectful workplace culture

Opportunities for advancement as the company expands

Competitive compensation based on performance and responsibility

Neckwise is not a traditional chiropractic office. We are building a principled, repeatable healthcare brand designed to last—and we are intentional about who we invite onto our team.

If you are looking for meaningful work, high standards, and the opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking healthcare organization, Neckwise may be the right fit.
