As the  Logistics & Inventory Manager , you will forecast, plan, and manage what, when & how to receive inbound products or ship outbound products and then manage the best, fastest, most efficient & economical way to inventory and transport those goods to various locations nationwide and globally. Your strong leadership skills, coupled with your experience in supply chain management, will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We seek a dynamic and results-driven individual who can effectively work with a team of distribution partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution processes and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and distribution strategies.

You will also need the ability to maintain accurate inventory counts, including finished products, conditioning products, dry goods, and dunnage. This also involves understanding FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles for inventory rotation. You will also need to organize and maintain a warehouse, including safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and stand-up and seated electric forklifts.

Maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners will be crucial in your role to ensure smooth and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will help develop and maintain distribution budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding distribution and logistics.

We'll require that you foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset. This role reports directly to the Director of Brewing Operations.
