level 2 helpdesk engineer (onsite + remote)
📍 location: hybrid (4 days on-site / 1 day WFH)
💰 compensation: $60,000 - $85,000

if you've had a stint as an internal engineer that is fine but i'm looking for someone with the majority of their career being in an MSP working with multiple clients at any one time.
these guys are an MSP and therefore would like someone from a similar background. please do not apply if your recent exp has been internal or you've been working with just 1 or 2 clients in a silo'd environment.

a level 2 helpdesk engineer with solid, well-rounded MSP experience (ideally a small MSP) who has worked with a varied client base and not silo'd and assigned to work with just one company. this role includes remote and onsite support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with server and network administration. dealership experience is a big plus, as this position will rotate into an onsite commitment at a car dealership.
