What You Will Do:

The Leadership Coach will join Guidehouse to support a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. The client has just completed a multi-year effort to modernize and restructure the Department's public affairs sections at overseas embassies and consulates, and is entering into a new phase of support to assist posts with organizational sustainment and optimization of their new operating models. The Leadership Coach will provide leadership coaching (individual, team, and group) to American and Locally Employed supervisors in posts across the world.

Day to day, you will:

* Work with clients to facilitate personal awareness and insights and develop a customized plan for achieving professional goals

* Work with clients to conduct activities designed to develop new skills

* Conduct team coaching sessions to help teams build or enhance their capabilities

* Conduct group coaching sessions to help individuals from various locations connect with and learn from others

What You Will Need:

* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

* Bachelor's degree

* THREE (3) years of experience delivering leadership coaching services

* An accredited coaching certification

What Would Be Nice To Have:

* An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

* International Coaching Federation Credential (ACC or PCC)

* State Department experience (or other federal agency)

* Prior consulting experience
