What You'll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a Business and Organizational Leadership Coach to provide coaching and facilitation services to Shipyard leaders and managers at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). You will work in a fascinating, dynamic government maintenance environment alongside the most fearless, creative coaches in the industry!
You will partner with our government customers to apply principles of organizational leadership, develop people, transform culture, improve performance, and achieve results through individual, group, team, and/or other coaching-based modalities.
This is an entry-level coaching position. While more experienced coaches (PCC or MCC) are welcome to apply, this position's compensation package is designed specifically for entry-level coaches.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD More About the Role:
- Provide weekly individual, group, and/or team coaching for mid-to-upper-level Shipyard leaders.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, and create/implement coaching strategies.
- Participate in team meetings related to organizational strategy, team development, and professional development.
- Conduct extensive individual and organizational assessments that include comprehensive summary reports.
- Work with other Leadership Coaches to establish, track, and report metrics related to stakeholder goals and objectives.
- Provide monthly and quarterly oral and written reports.
- Shadow and observe leaders in meetings and daily work.
- Grow and develop the ability to facilitate leadership training and content in a classroom environment.
- Support/interface with customers via face to face, telephone, video conferencing, email, chat, and applicable online presence.
- Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include timely completion of written reports and submission of supporting data and metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
- Work is on the customer site, embedded in the Shipyard industrial environment, to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with a Shipyard office environment, including ability to work on a computer for long periods. Work may sometimes be in an active industrial environment that may require walking long distances carrying backpack filled with work materials (and transporting materials, supplies as needed), climbing ladders, and accessing confined spaces. Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DoD Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in leadership development, facilitation, organizational development, change management, learning organizations, or process and performance improvement.
- Completion of an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach training program. Note: ICF credential (ACC, PCC, MCC) is not required for this entry-level position.
- Ability to facilitate and lead group conversations/training in an engaging manner that evokes participation and promotes learning.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial spirt and self-motivated.
- Commitment to deepening and expanding your coaching skills through continuing education courses and certifications.
- Willingness and ability to experiment and innovate new approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.
- Strong customer service orientation. Respectfully engage customers in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
- Ability to organize work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to perform successfully both independently and as a team member in a demanding work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Previous military service or previous work experience at a Naval Shipyard.
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential (ACC, PCC, MCC).
- Certification and/or experience in some or all of the following:
o Personality and/or skills assessments, e.g., CliftonStrengths, MBTI, TKI, DISC.
o Process and/or performance improvement.
o Change management.
o Facilitation and/or training of leaders.
o Project management.
o Lean Sigma Six

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500 - 117,900 USD
