In this engaging role, you will work alongside our experienced agents, learning from them and gaining practical experience every step of the way. You will be involved in client conversations, policy reviews, and product demonstrations. Additionally, you will improve your sales and communication skills while building meaningful relationships with clients. While working towards the goal of agency ownership.

• Develop and maintain client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Educate clients on insurance products, services, and policy features.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the agency.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance quoting software.
• Willingness to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
• Must like animals, as we have 2 Chocolate labs that are a part of our team!
