Two Maids is looking for Cleaning Professionals in the
East Valley: House cleaning experience is NOT REQUIRED!
Here's the basics : - Work in a team of two
-$17-$25 an hour
+ tips . [ W2 COMMISSION ]
- Cleaning hours are typically 7 a.m.-5 p.m., (or until complete) Monday through Friday.
- We provide thorough onboarding and training, so you are provided with all the tools and tips needed to guarantee your success and our support.
We service 40-60 homes per day, and we are only growing as a company thanks to our amazing staff! We have so much work available that we need to add some fantastic house cleaners to our team! Our business can only succeed with reliable and eager cleaners. We guarantee to do everything we can to ensure you are successful, happy, and fulfilled at Two Maids. As a 5 star rated company, we are looking for individuals who will help us maintain that 5 star rating as well as grow our business Responsibilities include: - Cleaning residential houses, our company offers Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Recurring Cleans, Move in/out cleans, and short-term rental property cleans.
- Effective communication with customers, you will be required to speak and understand English
- Exceptional customer service skills - Our customers appreciate the connection our teams make with them
- Reliable form of transportation around East Valley ( Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Apache Junction Monday-Friday and Gold Canyon/San Tan Valley on Monday's ) VEHICLE MUST BE INSURED!
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour [ W2 COMMISSION ] [ Team's average based off revenue = $21-$24 an hour ]
