We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Advisor to provide clinical expertise, market insights, and strategic guidance on potential investments. The Hospitalist Advisor will play a critical role in evaluating healthcare startups, assessing clinical viability, and advising on business models that align with real-world hospital operations and patient care.

• Act as a Hospitalist Advisor to evaluate investment opportunities in digital health, telemedicine, AI-driven clinical tools, and healthcare service models.
• Provide clinical insights on startups' solutions, ensuring they align with hospital workflows, patient needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess the scalability, reimbursement potential, and adoption challenges of new healthcare technologies.
• Participate in due diligence processes, reviewing clinical evidence and healthcare impact.
• Offer strategic guidance on product-market fit, hospital partnerships, and commercialization strategies.
• Engage in discussions with founders, investors, and industry stakeholders to enhance decision-making.
• Represent the firm at healthcare conferences, investor meetings, and networking events.

• Board-certified hospitalist (MD or DO) with at least 5 years of experience in hospital-based medicine.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows, reimbursement models, and healthcare innovation trends.
• Interest in venture capital, startups, and healthcare technology.
• Prior experience in advisory roles, healthtech consulting, or clinical leadership preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex clinical and business models and communicate insights effectively.
