The College of Education is also home to the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research and the Friday Institute for Educational Innovation.

The Graduate Recruiter serves as the College of Education’s strategist for the coordination of recruitment and yield activities for prospective graduate students. In conjunction with the Associate Dean for Student Success, the Graduate Recruiter is charged with developing a comprehensive graduate recruitment strategy to maintain/increase the number of graduate applicants and maintain/increase enrollment. The position interfaces with the Associate Dean of Faculty and Academic Affairs, Department Heads, and faculty program coordinators to ensure strong communication and support for recruitment efforts. The position is responsible for leveraging data, technology, and communication tools in partnership with Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) to provide consistent and proactive outreach to prospective graduate students. As enrollment deadlines approach, the Graduate Recruiter will also put in place proactive communication and support for the yield of admitted students.
