Join a leading sports retailer as their Global Payroll Specialist. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our international expansion, ensuring our employees around the world are paid accurately and on time. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team and work directly with a supportive Payroll Manager.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Become the Global Payroll Guru: Coordinate payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring everything runs smoothly and compliantly. This is your chance to become an expert in international payroll regulations.
Data Mastermind: Maintain payroll information, collect and calculate data, and ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date. You'll be the go-to person for all things payroll data!
Global Partner: Lead the implementation of our global payroll system as we expand into new countries. You'll work closely with our payroll provider to ensure a seamless transition.
Team Player: Collaborate with internal teams like Finance and HR to ensure everyone's on the same page. Communication is key!
Problem-Solving Sleuth: Identify and implement improvements to our payroll processes, streamlining operations and minimizing errors.
Compliance Champion: Stay up-to-date on payroll-related laws and regulations across different countries. Accuracy is our top priority!
We're looking for someone who is:
A payroll pro with 3+ years of experience, including international payroll knowledge (especially France).
A data whiz with an advanced understanding of Excel and a knack for making spreadsheets sing.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
A problem-solver who can tackle challenges head-on and find solutions.
A detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
A quick learner who is eager to expand their knowledge.
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience supporting a growing company's international expansion.
Fluency in a second language (especially Dutch or French).
