Full-Stack Software Engineer

Full-time | On-site | New York, NY

Compensation: $150K – $325K + Competitive Equity

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented full-stack engineer to help build a next-generation AI reliability platform. In this role, you’ll own the development of customer-facing interfaces and workflows that make cutting-edge AI research accessible, empowering organizations to deploy AI applications that are safe, trustworthy, and production-ready.

This is a unique opportunity to directly shape how AI systems are tested, verified, and deployed by teams ranging from frontier research labs to global enterprises.

Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, React, TypeScript

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of new features and platform functionality
• Design reusable front-end components and intuitive visualizations for complex AI concepts
• Partner closely with research teams to deliver best-in-class tooling for safe AI deployment
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their pain points and design user-friendly workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years building user-facing products (AI/ML product experience a plus)
• Deep knowledge of modern web technologies like TypeScript and React
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis)
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to solving ambiguous problems
• Strong sense of design and obsession with building great user experiences
• Comfort wearing many hats and contributing as a generalist

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience as a product designer or product manager
• Experience building LLM-based applications (e.g. chatbots, agent workflows)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
