Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students in a full-time, onsite contract role. This position is located in Bayfield, WI, serving a diverse student population with individualized learning needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and challenges.
  • Collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Utilizing differentiated instructional strategies to meet a variety of learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records to inform instruction and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing behavioral support and fostering social-emotional growth within the classroom.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Certification or licensure in Special Education.
  • Experience working with K-12 students across a range of disabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
