Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fulfillment Manager to oversee our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our fulfillment processes, from inventory management to shipping and receiving. This role requires a strong understanding of transportation management systems, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of fulfillment operations, including warehouse management, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation planning and materials management.
• Oversee fleet management to ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production planning and streamline fulfillment processes.
• Analyze data related to logistics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse environment.
• Train and mentor staff on fulfillment procedures, safety protocols, and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar role within the supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and materials management practices.
• Experience with production planning and continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with freight operations and shipping/receiving processes is preferred.
